QUOTA OF TULSA 2010 HOLIDAY PARTY
WANT TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS? HAVE FUN?
AND ”MAKE A DIFFERENCE” IN THE TULSA COMMUNITY?
THEN WE HAVE YOUR ANSWER!!!!
QUOTA INTERNATIONAL OF TULSA COULD BE FOR YOU!!!!
It’s all about friendship and service. Our primary mission is to provide service to deaf and speech impaired individuals as well as to disadvantaged women and children. Our club also provides academic and community service scholarships to students with hearing losses or those pursuing a career to work with the hearing impaired. In addition many non-profit agencies within the Tulsa community are beneficiaries of the funds that are raised by the club.
Quota was established February 6, 1919 and was the first worldwide women’s service organization.
It’s founder was the late Wanda Frey Joiner, who brought women and their combined energy, talent and skills together to help others in their community. Quota members worldwide annually raise and contribute over a million dollars and contribute hundreds of thousands of hours in volunteer time. The organization is now worldwide with thousands of members that concentrate on helping not only those in their local areas but also for different international projects.
If you’re interested in joining or just want to learn more about the club or visit a meeting, just e-mail tulsaquota@cox.net and we’ll get right back to you.
